Director R&D. Mandate included a total rework of all products and brand. This included complete design, project management, annual model line facelifts, and consultation with various departments, as well as interaction with dealers and suppliers. Additionally, successfully supervised and coordinated a team of 12 development personnel. In total 22 unique designs were created during this timeframe.

Head Designer. Mandate included project management, annual model line facelifts, and consultation with various departments, as well as interaction with dealers and suppliers. Additionally, successfully supervised and coordinated a team of 18 development personnel. In total 27 unique designs were created during this timeframe.
1986-1989

Head Designer of Gilbert 30+, was been responsible for various aspects of the sailboat's production, including design, tooling, and supervision. This includes the complete design process from conceptualization to final engineering and parts, as well as pre-production tasks such as mold and component development. Additionally, I was actively involved in sales and marketing efforts, such as boat shows, dealer development, and customer service. we were recognized, with the Gilbert 30+ being voted "Most Innovative Production Boat of the Year" by Sailing World magazine.

Senior Designer responsible for various areas of design and development, working within a group of up to nine designers and naval architects. Responsibilities include hull, deck, interior, rig, and appendage design, as well as engineering calculations and performance prediction. Additionally, managed several models, including production and custom designs.

With four years of experience in modern fiberglass boat construction, I became the first certified Journeyman Fiberglass Boat Builder in Canada. I gained practical knowledge in all departments, including cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, metalworking, and finishing.
